We often hear phrases like “ride the breath” or “breathe into your whole body” in Vinyasa classes, but what do those phrases actually mean, and how can you begin to access that kind of breath in your own body?
This workshop is geared toward teaching the lightness, ease, and stability that come from powering movement with breath—the type of movement we associate with the graceful yogi’s practice.
We will break down the connection between the breath and bandha (deep belly and pelvic floor musculature) to find the power and uplift that comes from learning how to access these energetic locks. Come learn how to breathe more power into your flow!
