Overview:
Breakfast of champions (6:15-7:15am): early morning vinyasa flow
Sunny-side up (8:30-9:45am): morning vinyasa flow
Sayonara, work! (6-7:15pm): from work or school right to yoga, our first evening vinyasa flow
Strong & Steady (Wednesday & Thursday) A slowed down version of sayonara work.
Music Monday (7:30-8:30pm): get your nada yoga on and jump into your yoga groove.
Yoga for runners & cyclists( Tuesday 7:30-830pm): Focus on hips, legs, and shoulders. Tune up your body like you tune up your bicycle.
Yoga Core (Thursday 730-830): Get warm in your abs. For yogis and non-yogi’s alike.
So, why don’t we just say “vinyasa flow” for all of the classes? Because that would be just plain boring.
